YL型冷油器Oil Coolers（TYPE：YL）是電力系統(tǒng)中普遍使用的一種油冷卻設(shè)備，潤滑油進入軸承之前都須經(jīng)過冷油器。油在冷油器殼體內(nèi)繞管束環(huán)、折流，冷卻水在管內(nèi)流過，帶走因軸承摩擦產(chǎn)生的熱量，進入軸承的油溫在40-46℃范圍內(nèi)。利用該設(shè)備可使具有一定溫差的油、水兩種液體介質(zhì)實現(xiàn)熱交換，從而達到降低油溫，電力設(shè)備正常運行的目的，YL型冷油器主要用于汽輪機的油系統(tǒng)、設(shè)備潤滑油冷卻、變速系統(tǒng)油冷卻、大型風(fēng)機及磨煤機的油系統(tǒng)循環(huán)冷卻等。適用于電力、冶金、化工、礦山、水泥廠等部門。

JB/T 9634-1999 汽輪機冷油器(管式)常規(guī)型號（MODEL）：YL-120，YL-100，YL-80，YL-70，YL-60，YL-40，YL-30，YL-20，YL-12.5，YL-10。也可根據(jù)用戶要求定做。

YL型冷油器按安裝布置方式可分為立式，臥式或雙聯(lián)臥式。中間隔板形式采用“弓形折流板”或“環(huán)盤形隔板”。冷油器換熱管子按材質(zhì)分有不銹鋼管及銅管，按換熱管子形式分有光管、螺紋管。

YL型冷油器具有冷卻效果好，出口油溫度接近水溫，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，操作方便，體積小等特點。
